Focusing mainly on jigs and tools used in automobile production lines, we handle the machining of special-purpose machine parts and all kinds of prototype parts.
By familiarizing ourselves with the places where requested parts are used, talks progress quickly, allowing us to carry out high precision cutting even after welding.
We handle a wide variety of metal materials, but mainly steel. We can handle low-volume production parts from several units to several tens of units, to mass-produced parts of approximately 10,000 units per month.

1We are able to understand customer requirements simply from drawings
We understand exactly how automobile manufacturing lines are configured, and how they work. This allows us to quickly determine the application and required quality by looking at jig and special-purpose machine part drawings. We have a reputation for reliability, and our customers are fully aware of our ability to come up with proposals that deliver improvements, and to quickly proceed from discussions to production.
2 Highly-complex machining with high accuracy such as cutting after welding
We are able to produce jigs used to set products in a specific position during assembly. One such example is the clamp arm used to grip automobile sub-assembly parts. The complex shape of some products means that they can rotate when inside equipment. In response to this, we use our technology to achieve high machining accuracy after welding (canning) to ensure that products remain stable.
3Miyahara’s integrated system, from material procurement, to machining and inspection
Our company's policy is to "respond to customer problems." We take full responsibility for all work, from material procurement to cutting welding and machining (we can also handle plating and painting). While we mainly work in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shizuoka Prefectures, we also receive requests from customers in areas such as Kitakyushu. We can also handle the machining of products welded by customers.
4Our China facility also handles mass-produced parts and large parts
At our Dailan Plant in China, opened in 2011, highly skilled staff trained in the philosophies and attitudes of Miyahara through technical intern training and experience gained in Japan, are responsible mainly for the machining of mass-produced and small parts. They specialize in the canning of special steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, as well as in the welding of mass-produced parts using welding robots. They work diligently to deliver “Miyahara quality” with confidence.
5Comprehensive inspection system and strict adherence to deadlines
We inspect low-volume production parts from several units to several tens of units, to mass-produced parts using inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines. Parts manufactured by our staff in China are inspected in Japan before being shipped to customers.
We regard the delivery deadlines of all products as an important responsibility. Miyahara introduced a production management system to ensure centralized management from material procurement to product shipping.
